Adult-use cannabis sale and delivery in New York State is regulated by the New York Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) under the New York Cannabis Law and its implementing regulations, including 9 NYCRR Part 129 (§129.3), which sets the buyer-facing warnings shown throughout this site.
Budd Xpress itself does not hold, and is not required to hold, a cannabis retail license - it is a technology platform. Every storefront featured on Budd Xpress is operated by, or fulfilled through, an independent New York OCM-licensed adult-use retail dispensary responsible for the products sold and the delivery performed. A delivery partner is only shown to buyers while its recorded OCM license status is Active and unexpired; a partner whose license lapses, is marked inactive, or expires is automatically removed from delivery results until the license is renewed or corrected. Depending on platform settings, your order confirmation may also include the OCM license number of the retailer that fulfilled your delivery.
